Sam & Emma | Cliff House Maine Wedding Pictures
A preview of pictures Sam and Emma’s wedding at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine.
Sam & Emma got married at North Point Lawn overlooking the signature Ocean Views found only at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine. It was one of the few Saturdays of the year where it didn’t rain! Well, it did begin to mist around 9:00PM. Otherwise, they had the perfect day of thin clouds and a gentle breeze.
All eyes were on Emma as her dad walked her down the aisle. That is, after Bernadette, Sam & Emma’s golden retriever, came barreling down the aisle toward Sam with a few zooms around the groomsmen and bridesmaids. I think it was exactly what they were expecting! She then sat quietly at the groomsmen’s feet while mom and dad did their I Dos.
We were able to get a second angle of the ceremony from their suite on the corner of the Ledges side of the hotel. It definitely helped to capture the grandeur of their ceremony. For anyone who get’s married at Cliff House, having a corner suite is definitely a bonus for your pictures!
The evening flowed smoothly through cocktail hour and then into the wedding reception with live music provided by the Felix Brown Band. We finished off the night with a fun champagne celebration outside.
Thanks for entrusting is with your photography, we had a blast at your wedding!

The Red Barn at Outlook | Mike & Elizabeth Wedding Preview
A Preview of pictures from Mike & Elizabeth’s fall wedding at The Red Barn at Outlook Farm in Berwick, Maine.
Mike & Izzy patiently waited for their wedding for an extra year as they rescheduled last fall due to COVID. I’m grateful to have been able to witness their small ceremony at Pepperell Cove last fall. Despite marrying each other “again"," their enthusiasm and excitement for their full-fledged wedding day was nothing less than what you would have expected if it were the first time. I know I personally was really excited, as I’ve been looking forward to their day since long before we did their engagement session!
There were a couple things that made Mike & Izzy’s wedding extra special to witness as their photographer… one was seeing Izzy have her makeup done by Joanne from Joya Beauty. Joanne referred Izzy and Mike to me for their wedding photography, as Joanne worked with Izzy’s mom prior to Izzy being born! Joanne also did Izzy’s sister’s makeup for her wedding.
I also appreciated seeing the camaraderie amongst Mike and his groomsmen, who were active in the military overseas. There’s a very apparent bond between these men that comes through in their jovial nature combined with their support for Mike. Thank you for your service, gentlemen!

Lynn & Patrick | Fall Wedding at The Colony in Kennebunkport, Maine
Wedding pictures from Lynn and Patrick’s fall wedding at The Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Lynn & Patrick hosted their wedding day celebrations at The Colony Hotel in Kennebunkport, Maine. It was exactly what you would hope for of a fall wedding - not hot, not cold… just right!
This historic hotel was originally built in 1872 and features elegant architecture and furnishings that create a unique setting for a coastal Maine wedding. And since The Colony is dog-friendly, Patrick’s family brought their little guy Joe along for the weekend.
First look? Oh, yes they did! The Colony Hotel offers a picturesque pathway down to the ocean where Patrick waited to see Lynn before the wedding festivities. Moments later and a few steps down the path and we were at the ocean, where Lynn and Patrick exchanged personal vows in private. It was hard to hear over the rolling waves, but from the pictures you can tell there were lots of laughs, smiles, and tears.
The ceremony was expertly officiated by Julie Draper, whom I have seen deliver many heart-felt wedding ceremonies around New Hampshire as well. The reception that followed was masterfully executed by Kevin Duran of Double Platinum Celebrations. If you like a dance party with faded mixes that will keep you dancing all night long, Kevin is the DJ for you!
Patrick and Lynn finished the night off with a celebratory champagne spray outside! Lynn and Patrick and their friends and family then carried the party into the night at the after party in Kennebunkport.
Congrats, Lynn and Patrick!

Katelyn & Alex - Omni Mount Washington Wedding Preview
Wedding pictures from Katelyn and Alex’s wedding at the majestic Omni Mt Washington Resort and Rosebrook Lodge atop Bretton Woods ski resort.
Katelyn and Alex spanned their grand wedding celebration from the majestic Omni Mt Washington Resort to the top of Bretton Woods ski resort at the beautiful Rosebrook Lodge. Although there was rain, these two were in nothing but top spirits. In fact, the clouds parted for us to get outside for a number of portraits, their first look, and a little champagne pop to the end the day.
It’s an honor to extend praise to my friend Tracy Dapp for helping in so many different days with Katelyn and Alex’s wedding. You can’t see all the things that Tracy and her team helped with behind the scenes, but you can see the end result. WOW!
I also want to commend Katelyn and Alex for their positive energy throughout the entire day. Of course, anyone could be sad when rain changes plans on the wedding day. It didn’t seem to affect these two in the least bit.
A few noteworthy things to check out in the photos:
Custom cufflinks from Iceland made from volcanic rock
A New Hampshire mountains themed cake and table settings, each with their own mountain to identify the table
Guests received their own “party animal” with their table assignments
Their ceremony involved a sealing of a box with letters from their parents to open upon their wedding anniversary
And of course, an epic party facilitated by SMP Event Design & Production!

Avery & Grant | Wentworth by the Sea New Hampshire Wedding Pictures
Wedding pictures from Avery & Grant’s beautiful wedding at the luxurious Wentworth by the Sea in New Castle, New Hampshire.
Avery and Grant invited friends and family from around the country to celebrate their wedding at Wentworth by the Sea, an historic hotel that epitomizes romance and grandeur. This luxurious oceanfront resort offers incredible scenes of stunning architecture, lush gardens, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The forecast for their wedding day evolved into a 100% chance of precipitation in excess of 1 inch. Yikes. Fortunately, it just didn’t matter. When I met Avery in the morning with mimosa in hand, she was carefree as could be about the rain!
Wentworth by the Sea happens to be, in my opinion as a professional wedding photographer, one of the very best places for an indoor wedding from start to finish for the lavish ballroom reception (expertly draped and uplit by Pink Tie Productions, as you’ll see), the large ceremony space with opulent chandeliers, and the spacious ‘getting ready’ room for the bridesmaids. And to top it off, when you add in bountiful floral arrangements from Jardiniere Flowers, you can’t help but forget that the outdoors were ever a consideration.
Among the many personal touches that Avery and Grant put into their wedding day, there are a few highlights I want to point out that stand out from one wedding to the next.
A groomsmen played and sang a solo on the dance floor for Avery and Grant to dance to. It was really impressive and heartfelt!
A bride’s toast, in which Avery addressed the room to express her gratitude as well as to preface the dance with her dad that was about to follow. “We often sang and danced in the living room to this song when I was a little girl, and so, here we go, Dad!” She said with a smile, handed off the mic, and busted out energetically to Johnny Cash’s “Ring of Fire.” It was a hit, and guests soon crowded around to join in the dance.
The “Montana Crew,” whose upbeat energy and subtle accent were detectable throughout the night. It’s wonderful how your wedding brings in friends and family from near and far.
In summary, Avery & Grant’s wedding was a wonderful celebration undeterred by the rain.

Nellie & Matt | Cliff House Maine Summer Wedding
Wedding pictures from Matt and Nellie’s summer wedding in June at the luxurious Cliff House hotel and resort in Cape Neddick, Maine.
Nestled on the rugged cliffs of Cape Neddick, Maine, Cliff House offered the perfect setting for Matt & Nellie’s dream wedding. We’ve had an incredibly wet, rainy summer in New England this year. On this day in June, Matt & Nellie were gifted one of the most idyllic days of the summer to date - light clouds, otherwise mostly sunny, with a gentle breeze. Hard to beat!
The conditions were favorable for their ceremony on the iconic North Lawn overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Illume Floral provided a grounded floral arch and an aisle zig-zagged with white rose petals. Guests blew a hailstorm of bubbles as Matt and Nellie had their first kiss, and then again as they came down the aisle together. It made for great photos! And the party that followed was everything you could ask for. Well, reading this you may think, I’d ask for one of those signature cocktails, please!

Mia & Colton | Cliff House Maine Summer Wedding Pictures Preview
Mia and Colton’s summer wedding at the luxurious Cliff House Maine in Cape Neddick.
Mia and Colton hosted their black-tie wedding at the stunning Cliff House Maine Luxury Hotel in Cape Neddick, Maine. It has been a rainy summer here in New England this year and that carried through to Mia & Colton’s wedding, but that did not deter them the least bit from having an epic celebration with family and friends.
We did make it down to the rocks for a splendid First Look and portraits with the raging seas… as the pictures show, the ocean was angry that day. Haha! Mia and Colton were true champions braving the elements (in case you missed the Instagram story on @chriskeeleyphotography where I asked Mia, over the raging winds — “Mia, tell us about the weather on your wedding day” — It is PERFECT! she said with a laugh… ‘We wouldn’t have it any other way,” Colton added.
The Ocean Terrace Salon provided a beautiful indoor space for their wedding ceremony, which was swiftly remade for cocktail hour before moving the party into the grand Atlantic Ballroom.
And when we say party… let’s put things into context: Mark Dixon (TSG Events) was at the helm. Once Mark starts spinning the music — the party does not stop. Seriously. Mia, Colton, and their friends and family were on the dance floor without pause for the entire evening. Hands were waving in the air, laughs and smiles were abound, the party just never stopped. You couldn’t stop moving your feet if you tried! Thanks, Mark, for giving these guys a 10/10 reception.
Oooh… and we can talk about Bruce for a moment? Talk about the most handsome boy in a bowtie…. What’s your wedding day without your best friend? Not the one you marry. I mean… your other best friend!

Susan & Ryan | Pepperrell Cove Maine Wedding
A coastal Maine wedding taking place at Fort McClary and The View at Pepperrell Cove.
Susan & Ryan traveled from Virginia to celebrate their wedding with family and friends on the iconic coast of Maine. The ceremony was held upon the waters edge at the foot of a unique historic site, Fort McClary, built in the 1800s and open to the public today.
The reception was held nearby with a quick Seacoast Trolly ride to The View at Pepperrell Cove. True to it’s name, Pepperrell Cove provides guests an elevated view of the harbor and a distant view out to the ocean. And of course, long-time event manager Donna takes excellent care of all who attend.
Overall, the day had a casual, upbeat energy for one of those quintessential June afternoons where rising temps are balanced with a soft coastal breeze. The ceremony was intimate, heartfelt, and personal for Susan and Ryan as it was lead by a family friend.

Taylor & Nick | Wychmere Beach Club Cape Cod Wedding Pictures Preview
Wedding pictures of Nick & Taylor’s coastal wedding at Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich, Massachusetts on Cape Cod.
What better way to kick off the summer than an exquisite wedding in Cape Cod?! Taylor and Nick got married at The Wychmere Beach Club, a beautiful venue in Harwichport, MA. The grounds look right onto the ocean, and the reception room is reminiscent of the hull of a large opulent sailboat with heavy wooden beam ceilings and windows that look out onto the harbor full of boats.
Nick and Taylor got ready at their own Air B&Bs nearby, which is always a great idea to have lots of space and accomodations for your wedding party.
The ceremony was outdoors overlooking the ocean, with music played by Naavi Strings. Nick & Taylor chose black and gold as their wedding colors, which always photographs beautifully.
We were fortunate to pop outside at sunset to get a few photos at the sand dunes around the corner.
I was fortunate to meet many of the guests last summer when I photographed the Nick sister’s wedding at Cliff House in Maine (Rob & Noelle’s wedding). There’s nothing like walking into a room full of familiar faces! It definitely helped with a few of the images, including a mini photoshoot with the flower girls which you’ll see below.

Laura & Jeff | Beautiful Fall Cliff House Maine Wedding Preview
A luxurious fall wedding at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine featuring a stylish gown, thoughtful wedding gifts from bride and groom, an oceanside ceremony, and an opulent celebration in the Atlantic Ballroom.
Laura & Jeff got married at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine, on the first day of October. It was a cloudy but relatively warm and calm day, perfect for a ceremony on North Point Lawn overlooking the Atlantic ocean.
Laura & Jeff’s wedding was filled with unique and personal touches that made their wedding day their own. Notable highlights include:
Bride & Groom gifts to one another that invoked smiles, laughs, and tears
A a stylish bow adorning the hip of Laura’s wedding dress that made it truly one-of-a-kind
In honor of their furbaby at home, Reese, they presented a biscuit bar and a mischievous figurine taking a taste of their towering wedding cake
When Laura first shared her vision for their wedding day, she offered a metaphor I’ll never forget. It told me instantly we were a perfect match for her wedding.
“I like classic, but with a twist,” she described. “I like a plain black stiletto heel, but with a bow, something that get’s away from the norm.”
And so, try as I may to always look for something that breaks away from the mold, I saw this quintessential octopus artwork in her suite that I knew I wanted to integrate into a double exposure at the end of the day (see the last picture).

Bianca & Davis | Cliff House Maine Wedding Photography Preview
Cliff House Maine wedding photography preview of Bianca & Davis’ fall wedding on the coast of Maine.
In the wake of Hurricane Ian, Bianca and Davis had the perfect fall day for their wedding at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine. It was exceptionally windy, but that didn’t deter them from a first look on the rocks and a breathtaking ceremony on North Point lawn, followed by a dance party in the Atlantic Ballroom that may have rivaled New Years Eve of Y2K. Davis wins the award for most unsuspecting dance floor super star! As the pictures below show, the energy was through the roof from cocktail hour to the last hour.
Noteworthy highlights shown in the photos below include:
Bianca’s veil, epic in length, paired perfectly with her A-line ballroom style wedding gown from Madeleine’s Daughter
A North Point Lawn wedding ceremony that emphasizes the beauty of the Maine Coast
Toasts that had the room laughing and smiling
And, of course, the limbo facilitated by Davis and his sister that had the whole dance floor lined up to show their abilities

Do you ever see a preview and think, “Wow, there’s no way that movie can be that good?” Well, preparing Nancy & Dustin’s Cliff House wedding preview has us feeling like that… and the truth is, it was even BETTER in person!
A few unforgettable highlights include:
The most spectacular coordinated first dance that brought the entire Atlantic Ballroom to their feet cheering. Goosebumps!
The kind of hora that makes you wish the entire night could sustain such energy and joy. Happiness level: 10/10. Somehow, the open dance floor that night was a close match. Shoutout to Big City Wedding Band!

Pictures of a stunning summer Cliff House wedding featuring a cigar bar, first look, stylish wedding party in black, and much more!
Noelle & Rob hosted their wedding at the beautiful Cliff House hotel & resort in Cape Neddick, Maine. It’s one of my favorite venues, for sure! And I love that they had their first look down on the rocks at Cliff House. It’s the perfect location to also capture your formal portraits together.
The day was beautiful styled with colors of black and gold, as you can see from the wedding party images below! A couple unique highlights from the day include:
A cigar bar, featuring framed photos of family and friends (and Scarface!) enjoying cigars
A cannoli bar, which Rob & Noelle used in place of feeding eachother cake right after they cut their cake
Live music played by Encore, Wilson Stevens, Inc., which is always a great experience on the dance floor!

Jenn & Will | Cliff House Maine Wedding Photography Preview
Wedding pictures from Jenn & Will’s stunning summer wedding at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine.
Jenn & Will got married at Cliff House in Cape Neddick, Maine on what seemed like one of the hottest days of the summer. It made for the perfect summer wedding ceremony at North Point Lawn overlooking the ocean with an incredible floral arch by Jardiniere Flowers to finish off the scene.
We did make it out for sunset photos later in the evening, which also a nice variety to your pictures. It was a welcome treat to find that it cooled off. Slightly. When we popped champagne to celebrate the end of the night, it was still pretty warm!
A few things that may stand out to you, and that I’ll always remember about Jenn & Will’s wedding, include:
The formal dances… between the father-daughter dance (hello, look at how Jenn leaned into her dad’s shoulder!), the mother-son dance (look at those smiles), and the bride-groom first dance, it was a beautiful scene to photograph.
The dance party at the reception, championed by Dionne Entertainment, was strong all night long! I can’t even imagine how late the after party went because everyone was full of energy!
Jenn & Will elegantly wove a travel theme into their wedding day. Note the custom seating chart and table names, reflecting their love for travel and the adventures they have shared and where they will go.
It was hard to select a few images for this Preview, so here’s 51 images to offer a glimpse of just how elegant, stylish, and fun their wedding was to experience. Enjoy!

Stephanie & Mike | New Hampshire Wedding Preview
A Preview of pictures from Stephanie & Mike’s summer wedding in Moultonborough, New Hampshire at a private estate complete with an open-air tent, farm-style tables, and a live band!
Stephanie & Mike celebrated their wedding day on a perfect July afternoon at a private family estate in Moultonborough, New Hampshire.
The wedding party got ready at The Orchard Inn just down the road. Getting ready on-site or nearby with ample room for your wedding party ensures your wedding day flows smoothly.
A few highlights to point out in this wedding preview:
Mike enjoyed a heartfelt card and gift from his bride-to-be just prior to heading to the ceremony, which is always a significant experience
The wedding party rolled out a white runway for Stephanie’s walk down the aisle with her dad. The summer breeze chose to lift it, but that didn’t matter! Stephanie’s eyes were locked on Mike at the end of the aisle.
Stephanie’s intricate up-do, her detailed lace wedding dress, and the beautiful bouquet of flowers including succulents! So much to love about the choices she made for her bridal presentation.
All in all, it was a perfect July wedding in New Hampshire with no rain, a rocking band, excellent food, and a great time had by all!

Erin & Jake | Abenaqui Country Club Wedding Photography Preview
A preview of pictures from Erin & Jake’s summer wedding at Abenaki Country Club in Rye, New Hampshire.
What better way to kick off your 4th of July weekend then with a wedding!
Erin and her girls got ready at their beautiful family home in Rye and the guys got ready at the offices of Ricci Lumber in Portsmouth. Both locations were personally significant, great for photos, and comfortably air conditioned — key for summer weddings in New England. Especially in July!
For anyone seeking wedding inspiration, take notes! There were so many things that stood out from Erin & Jake’s wedding, including:
Erin did a reveal with her bridesmaids after her mom and sisters helped her into her dress. Coming down the grandstaire case in her home, she was met with quite the reaction by her best of friends waiting for her below!
A tear-jerking Father-Daughter first look
A first look between Erin & Jake at their family’s property on the Portsmouth waterfront - the Memorial Bridge made an excellent backdrop!
A surprise “bonus” choreographed Father-Daughter dance after their formal dance
Oh, and we finished the night by stepping outside to celebrate with champagne spray photos! This is a great choice for an “end of the night” shot that is fun, lends to great photos, and makes great memories for your wedding day.

One of the benefits of having your shoot at the studio is we can do Same Day Ordering! So, after our last set I loaded the images to review them with Ana and to help her make her selections.
Here are some of her favorites!

Emily & Brian | Pepperrell Cove Wedding Preview
Wedding photos from a summer wedding at Pepperrell Cove in Kittery, Maine including great wedding inspiration like a classic car (a white Bentley!), a custom cake featuring their dogs, and a three-piece wedding gown.
Brian & Emily enjoyed a quintessential June summer day for their wedding that spanned getting ready in Rye and New Castle, a ceremony in Dover, and a reception in Kittery, Maine. They traveled from Oklahoma for a Catholic ceremony held at the same church where Emily’s grandparents were married (and we even recreated an old photo from that day).
There were so many thoughtful and stylish touches to their wedding day, here’s a few that stood out:
Emily’s bridal attire featured three different looks with a combination of a cathedral length veil, a topper or coat, and a wrap.
The moms had their own unique and colorful floral dresses, which looked stunning both independently and when combined
My favorite confectionary artist Owen (Confekshun Art) made a stunning replica of Emily & Brian’s dogs to compliment their three-tiered cake consisting of 1) Classic Butter Cake with Lemon Curd & Wild Maine Blueberry, 2) Classic Red Velvet Cake, and 3) Bourbon Chocolate Cake with Special Dark Chocolate Truffle & Raspberry Chambord. DELICIOUS!
And let’s not forget the white Bently from the 1940s they rode in from their wedding ceremony to their wedding reception at Pepperrell Cove. Hello! So fun.
Many thanks to all the vendors involved in Brian & Emily’s wedding:

Business Headshots for Commercial Finance Professional
Business headshots for Commercial Finance Professional photographed in studio in Dover, New Hampshire.
Hope is a Commercial Finance Professional with her own company and knows the value of having strong headshots. I’ve worked with Professionals from all industries, and every session always culminates in something unique.
After we chatted for a little while about the type of work she does and the places that she uses her headshots, we got to work creating a nice variety of images. I find it’s always so helpful to start with a plan and establish a shared vision.
A successful headshot session is anything but sit, smile, repeat.
To the contrary… as you can see, we made a variety of looks — from edgy to soft, professional to casual, with a side of fashion!
Check out this glowing review Hope left on Google:
Isn’t it time you got pictures you love? I look forward to hearing from you!
Here a few of the headshots that Hope and I made during her time at the studio.
